Why would you even try this when SCOTUS will be forced to give you a spanking?
SCOTUS has been rather reluctant to take on AWB cases. They rejected NJ one before, and the MD one last June.
The chance of them taking this case is very small and if they do, it will take years to work through the lower courts. In the mean time VA will have an AWB for years before anything really happens. I doubt the 4th Circuit will place a preliminary injunction on it either and it they do, Democrats will shop for a judge to stay the PI. It will go back and forth for years. So why not pass it?
Mind you, this law was written by a third world Jeet, not even an American. Think about that! A 72IQ sub-human street shitter disarmed Virginians who’s flag says “Sic Semper Tyrannis”. Are we great yet?

It’s the Demoncrat way- pass a flurry of laws even if you know they are unconstitutional knowing it will take a while to make it through the courts and even then the USSC is on the fence of which way to go.
Looks like they dropped the legislature’s exemption from the bill.

The bills are still loaded with exemptions which gets those in power exempted.

So you agree with what I wrote but you quote me here? Guess what, I have no control over what gets written and passed in Virginia. Neither do you. Quite frankly, we have only slightly more control (i.e. maybe a 1, up from 0 in VA) to what gets written and passed Federally. How things should work compared to how things do actually work is not as close as I’d like it to be. Whatcha gonna do?
