Forgot to give him his due, The Great Obama Gun Sale was impressive.
ok, ok, man, I thought you were calling it done. I thought that seemed out of character.
âwalking papersâ funny story⌠actually not so funny⌠but true.
My now exwife worked for a place where she was different than the majority. She was/is a very strong person. If she tells you X is going to happen at least X happens and usually X+ happens. In 2008 she was in a special evolving environment that was tied to the Obama phenomena. Obama wins. Within the month the entire evolving environment was eliminated. She remained. Her boss that was pro obama and all the obama wanna beâs poof⌠gone. I couldnât believe it. It was right and true in my mind but I still couldnât believe it. All the cheering Obama crowd got ****ed while they were still clapping their hands. It was surreal. It didnât change every day reality in the grand scheme it simply quietly ****ed a room full of basically voiceless Obama supporters and their families. I know I have nothing good to say about Liberals or those of a set mind but I honestly feel sorry for those people because I know it just as easily could have been me.
It is absolutely amazing how many people Obama screwed over. most were the ones he was to lead to the promised land. We actually didnât get too screwed by him. He really screwed his followers.

I believe Trump will take on the Affordable healthcare act will be restored to work the way it was supposed to and be affordable for millions of people and even insure those who have pre existing conditions and be allowed to keep there doctor, sadly, Obama will get credit for laying the foundation for the Affordable Healthcare Act. And to be honest, possibly rightfully so. After all, the wright brothers didnât break the sound barrier, first to cross the Atlantic, circumnavigate around the globe, invent the F-22 or the F-117, they invented a ugly airplane made from fabric and wood and only flew a short distance. The Obama care act didnât work the way it was designed but at least its there and now it can be improved to work for the American people.
America is now in a position to have to work with Russia with the conflicts going on in Saudi/Yemen and Syria, which I might add, is a good thing. For too long we have created an enemy out of Russia only because they had similar technology as we did. After all they never flew a U-2 over the US, or recovered a sunken submarine off the ocean floor for ânational securityâ reasons. I think trump will work good with Russia, more so Russia than China. I possibly see 2 things happen, sanctions lifted for certain things like LNG, oil, steel, helium, titanium and rubber. But it will be Obama who will get credit because he didnât do anything.
Down the road, people will say, Trump did this and did that but people will say, âyeah because Obama paved the wayâ.
I do think Obama accomplished a few good things:
- Created a law that restricted credit card companies from charging more than 19% and forcing CC companies to not extend too much credit to those who didnât have the income.
- He gave $250B to NASA to help with the Ares constellation program to replace the space shuttle. The overlapping time also gave way to SpaceX which is working with both US and Russia to supply the ISS as well as keep United Launch Alliance (Boeing/Lockheed Martin) from devouring all of NASAâs budget. The difference in price between SpaxeX and ULA is $100 Million per launch! Of coarse, Obama helped fund Space X under his Private Space Exploration Act.
- Allowed stockholders to vote on executive compensation!
- Extended to term for the Alternative Minimum Tax from 2 years to 10 years
- Government contractors with more than $1 million have to guarantee repayment if job not done. To be honest, my company made millions under bush by having our order delayed or canceled after we had been paid if full.
- Active Duty Military are exempted from paying state income tax if forced to move, or the spouse is exempt from owning property taxes in a temporary home.
- Introduced the GI Bill 2.0 which allows veterans into college and includes Masters Degree for qualified individuals
In 100 years history will show obama as the President that was the high mark for the radical left. He was the catalyst that forced the Constitutional loving Americans to take back our country.
I hope your prediction is the correct one.
The last black President?
Iâm inclined to agree that history will not be kind to Barack Obama, if and when we as a country get to the point where you can criticize someone without it being automatically assumed that it represents racism/sexism/misogyny.
His legacy will be massive gun sales

He set in motion the election of the first woman / first black woman to the office of POTUSâŚ
Keep an eye on Michelle O.
He brought his golf handicap down from 20 to 18.
It wonât be pretty. Heâs a lousy golfer and good looking women will ignore him. I hope heâs remembered as the doofus on a girlâs bike with a helmet.
Gentlemen: Please think before you post. Light hearted comments are fine, just keep it clean. No ill will please.
His legacy will be to make Jimmy Carter look better. Jimmy Carter should be grateful for Obama.
No longer Boxer. She retired. Kamala Harris- another half-black muckraker, was elected to take Boxerâs place. Read up on her - you may soon pine for the days of Babs. Reid retired too and was replaced by the first Latino woman Senator. Sheâs a Sotomayor type.
âŚon the other hand CA may secede and then you wonât have to worry about Ms Harris.
To your point, yes , many threats remain.
Without 60 votes in the senate, Dems will block a lot of stuff and you will have 50% of the county cheering them on. Never mind that when the GOP did it then we were wrong and evil.
Yet⌠when Dems try to filibuster a SCOTUS nominee, then we can use Reidâs ânuclear optionâ and get them through.
Brother⌠youâre speaking my language!
I am all about accountability, and I truly feel that a national period of truth and reconciliation is in order during which we collect all the guilty parties, cage them, have them all tell their filthy stories and point fingers at each other (perhaps on something like the Serial Podcast), and then receive their punishment.
The Obama regime, however, will be seen as a do nothing administration who mostly, but not always, followed the law.
Check this truth bomb though:
IF⌠in the next ~60 days:
We are caught pants down by an incredible terrorist attack⌠and Obama helps evacuate family members of the guilty party, then kicks their best friendâs ass and eventually starts a huge war with their greatest enemy⌠all while ignoring the perpetrators.
A volcano destroys an American city, and he does nothing about it for like⌠a week. Citizens suffer and die needlessly in the aftermath because he appointed an incompetent jackass to lead the relief effort.
He lines up and kills 3,000 fighting men and women for like⌠no reason. At all. Also half a million forâners.
He gives a scam-ulus to failing businesses that are failing, because they are stupid and noncompetitive.
He fires a bunch of justices and weaponizes the DOJ as a political tool of his party.
He opens a portal to HellâŚ
He will still be a better President than George W. Bush, because 1,510 warfighters would still be alive.
âŚand this all assumes that he inherited the NSAâs illegal surveillance activities and the idiotic TSA from Bush.
George W. Bush was the most destructive president who ever led our nation.
Obama will be remembered as a do nothing.
(âŚand thatâs a very GOOD thing!)
I think that is going to be the main talking point. I think long term the push to use digital marking and the whitehouse petition system will also be in it(to be fair the second one is actually a good idea). There is a good chance that a sidenote will be how he did engage people and was âhipâ or âcoolâ. He was good at it and wasnât afraid to go on tv shows and make jokes. If the republicans manage to fix the aca(fix it or replace it with something that works) then I think he will get some credit for it as well.
His father was worse. Bush I is the guy who fuxored our alliance with Iraq in the first place over their oil dispute with Kuwait. The first Persian Gulf War set the stage for everything that followed.
Had the UN made a decision on the Iraq / Kuwait dispute none of this would have happened.
Had the US declared itâs willingness to defend Kuwait PRIOR to the invasion OR decided to not intervene in the matter at all, none of this would have happened.
Saddam agitated against the US after that one to the point even Clinton threw a couple cruise missiles in his direction. Conflict was probably inevitable and the fact that Saddam had a chemical weapon capacity and a rolodex full of terrorists groups who would willingly bring them to the US brought everything to a head after 9-11 when it was demonstrated that our enemies didnât need ICBMs to reach us.
If Bush I had simply maintained the Iraqi alliance that Reagan built, maybe even bought some oil from our Iraqi ally considering they were trying to recoup a 10 year war that ended in stalemate, Saddam could still be presiding over a mostly peaceful, secular and stable Arab state today.
I donât fault Bush 43 for removing the threat Saddam posed, but completely removing his entire government meant that we had to babysit the oil wells for a decade and then we ultimately saw them lost to ISIS. But much of what you fault Bush 43 for, ultimately goes back to Bush 41.
