The fact that conservatives support LE has always baffled me. All LE does at this point in the US is protect the Left and their violent aggressor wing.

The same LE that is being cheered on for arresting illegals and Antifa protesters is the same LE that was arresting grandma for praying on a sidewalk, a pastor for reading scripture in public, arresting a guy for surfing on an empty beach, watched BLM beat churchgoers, pepper balled folks sitting in their porch while the inner city burned, spying on and lying about a sitting president, etc……. They are merely following orders and will continue to do so.

the bill would strip officers of qualified immunity and make them open to personal lawsuit by any person “who is deprived of any right, privilege, or immunity”.
Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, this provision would only apply to the officer involved in a concealed firearm incident and not ALL LEOs nationwide in ALL circumstances. BUT never let perfect be the enemy of good, at least it’s a start.

Yes, they are “hired guns”. They do the bidding of whomever signs their paychecks. Always remember that. This is especially true of Fed LEO’s, they wax and wane from one administration to the next. At least local cops usually reflect their AO and can be more predictable.
