Anyone ever order from American Reloading?

Thank you!

Got my package yesterday. I did consider the idea that I have no idea how many are in the box. Odd that they next day’d them to me after sitting for a week. Could have went ground 4 days earlier for less, I’d guess. But whatever.

That’s what I was thinking, I figured they’d do ground, for cheapest.

With mine, I almost feel like they made a mistake, let the order languish, saw my message and said “oh crap get it out quick”. Hard to say.

I’ll still order from them again though!

I’d read a while back on other forums that they sometimes take up to a week to ship so I was prepared. No complaints from me. I’ll definitely buy again from them.

None of my 9mm pistols have any issues lighting off SRPrimers. Not ‘out’ of SPP but have not used them in years because of this.

Consolidating is good.

Back in the day I never thought about using SRP in handguns, I never needed to, LOL! But as times have changed, I have used them to see how they would react and never have any issues. I bought so many SPP because I always shoot more pistols than rifles. When my buddy was running his 1911 a lot before matches he would use the Tula LRP before the match & practice his tap racks, LOL, and out of his Sig 1911 he would still only get one or so out of 100 rds, not really that many. I hear ya on the consolidation and I still have 20K++ of SPP & I see the GINEX from American Reloading and now the SP is cheaper than the SR by $10 bucks. I guess @ $66 bucks per 1K they probably aren’t gonna get much cheaper, at least not for a while, I hold back every email I get from them on NOT buying anymore, at least for a little longer, I must hold out, LOL

Yeah they work fine, at least in my Glocks (standard SR, not magnum, those ARE problematic).

There was a stretch of a couple years when all we were buying was SR, using them for all of it, .223, 9mm, .40.

This place is killing me. 1000 mixed 55/62 gr for under $0.05 delivered with the Summer23 code. Put those on top of the AAC pull down powder and that’s some guilt free blaster ammo.

Just ordered MOAR bullets from them.

That place is a gold mine!

I’m addicted to that place. Makes loading almost as cheap as it used to be if you’re willing to inspect bullets.

Yep. All we ever used “inna Day” was SRP; shooting .38 Super/Major- SRP CUPS held up to absurd chamber pressures without annoying “primer flow”- which could shear off and resulting FTF.
Hammer guns never had problem with ignition.

I have seen some Stryker guns choke on SRPs, apparently Cups too hard for light Stryker springs to ignite.

Ok that’s it, I know you guys found this place on your own but I’m not sharing or telling anyone again about deals and great places out there, LOL!!! I’m glad you guys are enjoying the place; I have been buying from them since 2014 & always found deals and the service was always great. I been holding out on stuff cuz I really don’t need much but I am keeping my eyes peeled on their primer prices, again nothing I really need but will jump if they continue to drop & yes, I believe I will start consolidating all my SPP & SRP and just grab SRP from here on out as long as prices are relatively the same. I shoot my hammer guns 99% of the time so I’m not concerned about lite strikes & even my token Glock has a stock striker spring so I’m not worried about that gun anyways. Well enjoy the place guys and let the deals continue to flow!!

Yeah I was just browsing another forum a while back, and saw mention of American Reloading. Heck that’s why I started the thread with the question, as they almost seemed too good to be true!

HA!

Believe me, I’m not sharing this ANYWHERE else. No way.

I’ve been buying stuff from these guys since 2020. Found them on the Discord app in the reloading section. Lots of guys on that app but from them. No secret but I’m not telling anyone else either. Lol

I ran across this place when searching for .221 bullets. They had pull down bullets. And they look great.

Ended up buying 4K bullets, only 160 if I remember right.

We’ve done that a bunch of times with components… then the price went up or they dried.

Oh yea, I have told my shooting buddies for years about different places. They use to bust my balls about Shooters Pro Shop the Nosler 2nds place, they always gave me crap about why I would want to shoot a 2nd if I’m shooting for precision, LOL they finally agreed with me and started buying items from them. I don’t think the deals are as good as they used to be from SPS but they are still decent if you watch for sales around the holidays. I looked hard @ American Reloading today and made myself NOT buy anything, but there are some deals on there!

Yeah…I’ve got more pistol bullets on the way, probably going to order some rifle bullets too.

They have some parts now too, BCGs and complete uppers.

Yea, it’s silly,62grn/55grn/75grn new/pulled/etc… cheap, if I didn’t have as many as I do, I would buy more! And more than likely will, I try and be strong but I always give in, LOL

Well they kicked ass on shipping this order, got here 2 days earlier than they said it would.

Got 'em last night, weighed 'em all, loaded 50 of 'em in the empty brass from a few days ago…

Twas said to be a mix of 124 & 115gr V-Crown JHPs, I’m elated that they’re in fact about 95% 124gr. Exactly what I’d hoped for.

WIN!
