Whoah! Not that many, but yes. I literally just dropped some coin on a new Surefire E2E-bk and a E2E head to have in place of my KX2 head if I want that set up sometimes.
Otherwise, it’s this:
Fenix PD 30 (x2)
Surefire KX2
Surefire X300
Surefire X400
2 surefire spare battery and bulb carriers loaded to full capacity
3 maglite’s
just added the surefire e2e-bk and the extra e2e head
about 20 little LED lights and pen lights placed strategically around my house and in my hunting gear.
and stock of about 40 cr123 batteries
I am but I tend to break, give away, or lose them so I only have about six right now. A few various older Surefires, two of the new G2X Pros, a LX-2 Lumamax, and two X300s. Oh and I just ordered a mini scout to try out but haven’t opened it yet.
edit: I completely forgot that I have two or three Quarks rolling around in various bags. Also four Zebralights. Holy shit I’m way more addicted than I thought.
I absolutely have lumens issues. Tons of Surefire lights on hand and still wanting more.
Need to update my shotgun light with the new LED head, just discovered the 500 lumen handheld, and I can always use another X 300 the same way I can always use another Aimpoint micro T1.
You need to look at Eagletac lights. 720 lumens at the emitter level, and around 550 actual out the front lumens for around $90. (you loose 20-25% of the lumens once directed out of the front reflector)
I carry my T20C2 MK II everyday. Bene doing it almost a year. I think it is my fav light
Absolutely addicted to lights; 4x Surefires, 1x Streamlight, 7x Pelican, 1x 5.11 Light 4 Life, 1x Maglite, and 2x headlamps. I’ve been thinning out my collection here lately just b/c I don’t use most of them, ever. Wife always giving me crap about how many lights I have and I always tell her I need more, what if one breaks :D.
Here’s three (3) of my most used SureFires. The others are somewhere stored in boxes in the garage and/or attic, I think. . .
Some of the other flashlights I have and the Milwaukee gets the most Lumens runtime than the others; meaning I tend to use that the most and goes with me when I’m on the road. Mind you, not as an EDC on my person.
I use the Vltor offset with the throw lever. I also have one of the Vtac nylon ones on my AK and it works fine, but the Vltor is just too easy to switch between rifles.
