WTB: Pre-ban lower. I'm a MA resident in need!

As the title states, I’m a resident of the socialist state of Massachusetts. In order to have an AR with all of the ‘evil’ features, ie: bayo lug, birdcage flash hider, collapsable stock, etc, I need a pre-ban lower that was registered at one time as a complete rifle.

Ideally I’d like to pick up a Colt pre-ban lower/complete rifle (depending on the configuration) I’m willing to pay for it money order/paypal OR make a trade for a new post-ban lower, model of your choosing… Details to be worked out upon offer.

I’d prefer the lower not be a Sporter model but rather the government model or such the like, mainly due to asthetics, but I will entertain all offers.

Maybe someone would like a new post ban lower and you can have the old pre ban lower. good luck.

I’m not limiting my options any longer. I’m looking for a pre-ban lower from any manufacturer. Will buy a post-ban lower in return or pay cash. Details still to be worked out after offer.
