We took these bullets out on Saturday and threw everything we had at them. 
3 or more different powders through 3 gunsā¦ two of which fall into the ālaser beamā category of accuracy.
No combo would do anything much better than about 2". 
That said the load we liked for decent velocity was 25.8 grains of W748. It shot about 2930 fps or so out of a 20 inch Colt AR15. Good and hot, but not M855 ruin your brass hot.
