NY POWs need a Red Cross address (or something along those lines).
Its says that you must have the “appropriate license”.
Looks like everyone qualifies since we dont need licenses for ammo.

Hmm,I read the page,didn’t see the No NY thing !! Guess that doesn’t mean it isn’t there !! New bullets or not,for $125 per 1K ,:eek:,they can keep em,I don’t need them that bad,LOL !!!
It’s about 30% more than I paid a year ago. Then again, It’s about half the going rate today.

Thanks. I bought some. I normally hate these bullets. But now that I’m running an adjustable seating die, they aren’t such a pain in the ass to load.

I can’t afford to get 5000 but I need 2000 and I don’t see if they offer that or even if these are still instock.

The bulk boxes are still in stock as of 4/11/13 11:34 EST. Initally they offered smaller quantities if you were willing to pay shipping but it appears that they have removed that from the description. Considering the extra work it is to break the items up I don’t blame them for removing the option.
Ha,yea,to say the least,hell its about 80% more than I paid for a boat load of these things years ago,:eek:,still got over 5K++ !! I like em,and they shoot OK,but ya gotta be careful,no Steel targets etc,and punching paper is not much to look at that’s for sure,decent blammo bullets,but then ya hate wasting them for that,ah such a dilemna,LOL !!! Without getting to side tracked,what kind of powder,Rifle/Pistol ?? Powder Valley has a mixed bag at the moment,but sign up for Facebook “Notifications” and they will let ya know when stuff comes in !! I have bought a 8lb jug of Universal & a 8LB jug of the 223 CFE Hodgdon powder in the last few weeks,along with 5K of LRP,its out there,just gotta be ready to jump !! 
I’ve shot tons of SS109 on steel targets. It’s actually nicer to ARMOR plates than XM193 due to the reduced velocity.
Now if you shoot mild steel that’s not meant for rifle rounds, you might get some deeper cratering at distance. But AR500 will just give you some occasional sparks from the penetrator disintegrating.
That’s for sure. This was at 100yds w/ 855s on a pistol target. The 193s also penetrated but the hole wasn’t as dramatic.

I’ve heard of SS109 doing that.
I once shot some AR450 plate at like 45 yards with both M193 and M855, and the pock crater was worse with M193 by a noticeable amount.
The bullets from Wideners that I get will almost all be shot on steel targets.
WOW,I guess a old Dog can learn new tricks,LOL !!! I just always thought they would go through,or at least tear them up pretty good !!! I guess its been drivin into my head,no SS109s at any competition with steel targets,all my shooting buddies make sure ya aren’t shooting them,etc,etc !!! I have a couple AR500 plates and have never hit them with any 109s,I have shot it with my 55FMJs close and they do mark it up more than my 308 at the same distance,interesting to say the least !!! I guess I will have to give it a try for myself,;),I’ll keep ya posted !! 
They had a big sticky on there home page a month or so ago saying no sales to NY

Well that sucks,& I guess they can stick it then,:mad:,there are other places to get “stuff” !! I understand there concern,but don’t turn into CTD,its not that hard to get the facts straight,hell CTD won’t send a friggin flash lite to NY if it has Tactical in the title,LOL !! Oh well,:rolleyes:
I have had a spark or two with reg bullets once in awhile,but will load up some of the 109s along with some of my tracers and get a real show started,LOL,maybe make a short Vid for the heck of it,LOL !!
