Eagle has a reputation for high quality also however, I have no personal experience with their bags so I cannot comment.
I got my Maxpedition Silver II case for $49 from Botach a few years back.

It has mag pouches on the outside so it’s not as discreet as some of the others but it’s not bad. It’s not high-end but if all you need is to get your rifle to and from the car it will get the job done.
I have a bunch of Eagle bags and rifle cases. Recommended.
