Here lately I have had much less of a tolerance for asshatery. In my early years of forum use (here and other) I took the confrontational road; which usually ended with me being slapped on the dick and banned from some forums. Then I tried the mediation route to resolve differences. That didn’t work either.
so…
now i’ve taken to using the “ignore” feature. My only compliant. It’s one sided. Yea I can’t see the offending douchy comments left by other dick heads (like telling me to stay in my lane when they don’t have the first frickin clue as to what my lane is and what I do and do not have first hand knowledge of); but the problem is that they can still see my comments. This leads to the paranoia that they are leaving comments about me that I cannot defend because I haven’t seen the comments in the first place.
Is there a fix to this? or am I misunderstanding how the feature works?
and back to the original title… i’ve used it to block the second person…
The way it works is like this. As soon as you put two or more members on your “ignore” list, the staff creates a private super-secret sub-forum accessible only by those members were they get together to talk shit about you.
P.S. They also post photoshopped pics of you wearing women’s clothing, having sex with various critters, and carrying a tacticooled Bushmaster.
