Your front sight is super tall. I’ve found what I think is the perfect combo…Warren rear with Ameriglo orange outline/ green tritium front. Sounds like the .215 will be your best bet. That front is super fast and has worked well for me in IDPA.

go with the .215 front. even if it may shoot a little high with it, that should be fine. i’d rather print a little high than low.
as everyone else has mentioned, all glocks will shoot slightly differently. in my glocks, even the same bullet weight but different brand of ammo will shoot different (both in windage and elevation).
i have warrens on my G34 with a .245" front sight and it shoots POA/POI at 25 yds. i have warrens on both my G19’s with .215 front sights, and one of them is POA/POI and the other prints about 3-4" high.
