I went down the other day and Voted early.
I was pleasntly surprised at their dilligence in enforcing the rules
I voted last week. And they have always been strict here with matching up an ID with the voter logs.
Voted just now, had to show ID as per normal and as it should be.
My Wife is an immigrant, I wanted to show her how we Vote.
They wouldnât let her in the Building. She had to wait in the Parking Lot.
That actually kind of made me proud.
I voted, I showed my ID, even though itâs not required, yet, here in NV.
This election cycle we are voting on whether IDâs should be required to vote in NV.
Voted last week in person absentee. It took 45 minutes. I have to work tomorrow. Got it done.
Yup,all set. Voted early last week. Its NY so it is what it is,but at least I did my part and I can always dream! ![]()
Going tomorrow. I mailed my sonâs in, but I like to put the ballot in the machine myself. Thereâs a lot of shady shit in AZ which is under constant left wing corruption.
Is this where I make a joke that no women should be allowed anywhere near a voting booth?
LOLâŚ
Voted last week.
Here in Cheat-by-Mail WA, received our ballots the Monday after they were sent out, took them to momâs nursing home for us to fill out the next day and went into the dropbox at Shitty Hall right on my way home.
In, received, accepted, no confidence theyâll be counted as intended but did my part to say âI DO NOT CONSENT.â
Here in AZ theyâre so corrupt they have ads on TV selling how secure the vote counting facility is.
I mean, shit! The fact that you have to sell it with an ad is a massive red flag.
I am not normally a big fan of early voting - I like the idea of election DAY, not month.
But I am in my mid-60s. so it did occur to me that if I died before the election, I would not get to express myself.
There was also some internet chatter about the commies planning disruptions on or near election day. I did not put a lot of weight into that particular conspiracy theory. But given what has been happening in Europe, I was not going to totally discount it.
And so, I went last week and voted early in person. There was no line, as I timed it for mid-afternoon. I will say, however, that my county set records for early voting this year.
Now comes the suspense as we watch the results come in.
I agree. Election Day should be a designated National Holiday with everything closed to facilitate voting. Absentee voting acceptable in tightly controlled instances (military, etcâŚ) and thatâs it. Anyone competent enough to vote can make it to the polls. And counts must be in by 2400 on Election Day.
Wife and I have been using âabsentee by-mailâ since age 60 which is one of the qualifiers.
Every election we call the county and request an application to be mailed. Complete the application, sign and mail back. County will e-mail when application has been received. Then we call the county and request a ballot to be mailed. Complete, sign and mail back. County will e-mail when ballot has been received.
A couple phone calls is WAY better than standing in line to vote. That said, if the choice was either the state sending out millions of ballots willy-nilly or standing in line⌠weâd opt for the later.
This idea is right but lost. We have lazy slobs who order food to their door, order groceries to their door or car pick up. Motorized rear automobile tailgates/lift gates, etc.
Lazy worthless slobs that arenât about to stand in line for 5 minutes to vote and put the ballot into the machine. Thus, we have the mail in fraud.
If they are that Lazy then I know Who they are Voting for and I wish they would just stay Home.
We have turned this country into one that caters to and babies the laziest and dumbest people among us, thus our downfall. McDonaldâs is getting sued by an imbecile because their McRib sandwich isnât really a rib- and a judge just let the suit go forward. And that imbecile votesâŚ. As a young man I thought it was wrong that years ago you had to be a property owner to vote or you had to pass an intelligence test to vote. Looking back at my age now they were right- it weeded out the useless taking from the productive. I say only net taxpayers should be allowed to vote.
Granted productive people use mail in ballots too, but we know why the left pushes for it and the right has serious concerns.
The procedure Phil followed, where he had to request a mail-in ballot, certainly could be secure - partly because the number of requests might allow for better verification.
But the mass mailing of unrequested ballots out into the hinterland, where anyone could intercept them is absurd. Round up a few hundred, fill them out, and drop them into an unsecure box. Sheer madness.
The whole concept of âballot harvestingâ needs to be stopped. But we know the left loves to find ways to cheat. After all, they believe they are fighting Fascists, so any tactic is permissible to SAVE DEMOCRACY.
