Value of a Colt R6601?

I have a Pre 94 Colt R6601 Blue Label Sporter 2 that I purchased back in 98. I’ve never fired it, and its new in the box. Can you guys give me an idea of what its worth?

Specs:
Colt R6601 Sporter 2 HBAR (Blue Label)
I have the box with matching serial number
Half Moon “C” stamped carrier with “MPC” marked bolt
“C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7 HBAR” marked barrel
Has the sear block
No Bayonet Lug
Large Take Down PIN with screw in front.
Front Take down has the hole drilled from the factory for the detent/spring.
Verified through Colt that it was manufactured in August of 1991.
Zero rounds through it.
Very clean and sharp looking rifle, for those who care.

Questions:

  1. How much is this thing worth if I put it up for sale?

  2. Is there a pivot pin with the large diameter that accepts the pivot detent/spring?

Dang, nobody? I was hoping to find someone behind the lines that would be willing to trade for a new MT6400C. Either that or sell the 6601.

Does anyone know the states that still allow pre-ban Colts? NY, CT? I’m in Idaho, so I don’t often pay attention to the Eastern state’s firearms regulations.

Well, when I bought mine back in the “day,” I was happy to find one NIB for ONLY $1,600 but that did include a second new barrel. NIB and LNIB 6601’s can been seen selling in the $900 - $1,000 range. I understand they may be a little more valuable to those still living in a ban state (ie NY). YMMV.
