I look through the EE alot and notice, much to my frustration, that many items are not updated in the title line after they are SOLD. It wastes alot of my time and I’m sure there are alot of others that feel the same way.
Can there not be a sticky made in the main EE index that explains how to properly update a thread in the title line?
It would be nice as well to have a SPF option in the title line. Don’t know if that is possible but it would be nice.
I know its mentioned in the rules for EE to update the status instead of posting in the thread. Its not that hard if people care enough to take the 10 seconds to hit advanced when editing the OP and change the title prefix.
I need to revise my OP. I do see the EE Procedures and Rules post at the top of each individual catagory in the EE.

What I think is lacking in it however is a detailed explaination of how to “Go Advanced” and change the thread title to SOLD or whatever the case may be.
It still would be nice to add the SPF option in the thread title too.
Got to bump this one again.
Too many people are bumping their EE threads when item is sold, rather than updating their ad in the title.
Or improperly changing the title, like putting (SOLD) instead of changing the prefix. That’s the whole reason its there…
