What height mount do I need for a TRS-25 so it will Co witness easily with magpul buis?

The height that puts the center of the tube 1 1/2" above the top of the rail.

Generally a “Medium” will give absolute co-witness and a “High” will give 1/3rd. So, … 21mm / .83 should be just about right, with 25.5mm / 1" for a High.

I have NO idea what small, medium or large means in Bushnell talk. The OP might do better on TOS. I doubt very many over here have any experience with that sight. Remember that the sight he is talking about has a built in clamp. A pic to pic riser is what he is forced to use.

I have two of these sights. I am out of town at work and just can’t remember which mount I have. Just needing to order another one.
