Trouble with Troy 7 inch drop in rail system

I’m trying to install Troy’s 7 inch drop in quad rails on my BCM 16 inch carbine. When everything is tightened up, the top rail on the upper and top rail on the rail system doesn’t line up straight. It looks like the rail system is slightly canted. Its not too bad but its bothering me. I had this rail system on another rifle and it lined up perfectly. Has anyone else had this problem? And how far off is good enough?

Are you sure the rail is all the way on? With mine I had to give both pieces a whack with a rubber mallet to fully seat them around the barrel nut.

This. But I used the palm of my hand in place of a rubber mallet :o
