Since the Pistol Amnesty would not allow for registering them under your Trust for the most part, I was thinking of transferring them, on a regular Form4 to my Trust since it’s free now.
Am I overthinking it? Not worth it?
I have one pistol can in my name and everything else in the trust. What your suggesting is exactly what I’m doing, but honestly not 100% how I do that transfer…..
It’s free so why not? I’d imagine many of the currently being submitted forms are from or to Trusts by people who want to change the ownership status of their firearms.
I love the thought of flooding these bureaucrats with nonsense transfers such at this. Completely absurd insanity run amok. Let them reap the fruits of their bull crap.
