TOS is usually “terms of service” in internet lingo… “that other site” seems more of a urban definition for the particular forum culture.

You give me three hours TOS and I’ll be able to clear a neighborhood. My blood pressure always increased when we got the Kiowas overhead with just 15 minutes TOS. It takes me that long to find proper cover to take a leak in the CZ.
