Not quite, NRA Foundation is a separate legal entity. Its board elects itself, I have no idea how that’s legal, but Wayne’s Worthless Weasels all started moving over there as soon as they saw the writing on the wall.
Foundation’s where all the real money is, people chasing tax write-offs and more opportunities to keep the grift going.
