The GiveSendGo is already shut down, probably the heat got to be too much. I’d say the Metcalfs absolutely SHOULD go for it in a Wrongful Death action - but I’d also say Texas should bring Asset Forfeiture against it under POCA and transfer it to them as partial restitution.

I’m not sure how it works in TX, but in some places a convicted felon (especially a murderer) is not allowed to profit from their wrongdoing, like writing a book. Not sure if that applies to GoFundMe stuff or not.
The internet is full of pissy black people shooting off their mouths about whitey. It makes me chuckle, but it also makes me wanna say “I’m your huckleberry, but make sure you bring friends because I hate cleaning guns and therefore want to make it worthwhile”.

Well if they are asking for Donations for an Active Case or an Appeal, they will allow it.
Karmelo’s Parents immeadiatly appealed the case thereby opening up the floodgates for more donations.

White People are living under the illusion that this is a Post-Racisit Society, we bend over backwards to include minorities even when they clearly aren’t capable, nor do they have a desire to be there, so then we lower our expectations to them.
So, I’m all about merit basing our society to allow the best to rise to the top. Sink or swim, nobody gets a free ride.

I think free rides are great.
As part of reparations I think a mandatory free ride back to the ancestral home of origin should be included. Take the money, renounce your citizenship, and GTFO. If you come back for any reason we put you to work in a camp until you earn another ride to your new home.

The feds are now stepping in following a brutal assault on a Texas woman who was allegedly beaten down by a group of suspects chanting “Free Karmelo,” police said.
In a news conference regarding the case, Longview Police Department Public Information Officer LaDarian Brown announced that the FBI is getting involved in the case due to alleged ongoing threats circulating online.
The attack, which happened in Longview, Texas, appears to be motivated by support for Karmelo Anthony whose murder conviction has inspired a movement of people challenging the jury’s decision. Anthony killed 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas, last year.
The suspect who was arrested is 21-year-old Ciarrianne Fuller, of Longview, according to KYTX. She is facing assault charges and was booked into jail on a $20,000 bond, the outlet reported.

Just another example of why universal suffrage is a bad idea.
More evidence that a constitutional amendment authorizing reparations is a great idea.
1.) Decide how much to pay. I’m thinking between $150K to $200K would probably be more than enough.
2.) Get them signed up, with the condition they renounce their US Citizenship as part of the amendment. Their decision will also apply to their minor children, and any unborn children who may be born on US soil prior to departure.
3.) Upon receipt of payment they have exactly 180 days to get their affairs in order and repatriate to their ancestral home of origin or wherever they can go with no US passport. We should negotiate with west African nations to take these people in, and given the US $$$ they bring with them it shouldn’t be too hard.
4.) Fingerprints, and retinal scans will be taken before departure for future identification if needed. Do this as a condition of payment.
5.) Upon exiting the United States or any United States territory before or at the 180 day mark these individuals will be persona non grata, any re-entry to the US for any purpose will be a felony punishable by immediate summary execution upon confirming identity.
6.) Failure to leave the United Stares before 180 days has expired is also punishable by immediate execution.
Points 2-6 are in the details, and this will serve to easily ID the dumb people we need to get rid of because they won’t consider past getting money.
This plan is solid, and will save tax payers money in the long run.
