The Karmelo Anthony Case is already a Carnival

Without victimhood politics the democrat party has nothing.

They have Shut Down his GiveSendGo account so money is cut off from donations.

His Mom raked in $ 700.000 in her efforts yet used a Public Defender.

Yup. Shows you how much they valued him as a family member. They didn’t take the plea deal which would have been the smart thing to do so they could keep the gravy train pouring in. Pure pieces of shit scum.

Where does this public defender stuff come from? His defense was handled by a private defense attorney. I did not follow the case at all really, but that much I am familiar with. Mike Howard was the lead defense attorney. A quick Google search shows him as a former public defender in private practice since 2009, known for high profile defense cases.

Just saying.

He’s not a public defender.

Been seeing the public defender claim from Anthony defenders who claim ignorant tax payer subsidized whitey sucked which lead to a conviction

BUT

when informed Howard was hired and paid switch to thieving whitey sandbagged it to get him convicted

AND

seen it from Anthony opponents doing a hatchet job on those pesky, thieving negros who didn’t spend a dime on their son with no change in story when it is pointed out that Howard is not a public defender.

Interesting trivia, Howard was also the hired/paid attorney for Houston’s finest Aaron Dean who unilaterally decided private citizens(including Atatiana Jefferson) shouldn’t be allowed to be armed in their own homes.

Because you know what “they” are like. LoL

I keep hearing it both ways, I do know that he had a very high priced Attorney at one time. Aparently the Case and having to work with the good Reverand were his limits.

So, if it wasn’t a Public Defender, it also wasnt the Guy they Started with.

The Reverand (Who’s an Actual Felon) is aparently who the Legal Minds are blaming for this whole thing.

I mean I’m No Utahjeeper; but I bet I could get a half a dozen folks come in to say I’m pretty decent overall. This Kid only had two kids come in and testify for him and his Momma was the only one who spoke on his behalf

A Black Attorney explains it.

Well, I will say this at one point that Murdered Boys Daddy was thrown out of a meeting with the Anthony Family when he went down to say that he had forgiven Carmelo The Reverend acting extreamly foolishly had him thrown out in front of God, Country and Fox News.

The thing to do was to appologize accept the Fathers forgiveness and then take (What would likely have been a very generous Plea Deal.) the States Offer and try and bargin it down with zero publicity.

What you DO is you use some tact and class and for heavens sake get rid of the Preacher and the Folks out in front of the Court House.

Instead everyone acts a Fool and Chimps Out for the Camera, It works directly against you.

Chimps are gonna chimp.

If our justice system worked the victim’s family would be allowed to execute the convicted murderer personally in lieu of prison time. Utilizing the method their relative was murdered by.

Yes, believe it or not I actually looked at your link since each state is different, and Texas sure is in it’s several definitions of murder. Kinda confusing when you’re used to 1st/2nd/3rd but they sort of “rank” them in severity in their own way.

At one point I think they could have forgave him, but Karmelo got some very bad advice from his Parents when they followed the Advice of the Good Revrend.

https://nypost.com/2025/04/18/us-news/activist-minister-aiding-accused-teen-killer-karmelo-anthony-has-his-own-lengthy-rap-sheet-report/

An activist representing accused teen killer Karmelo Anthony has a lengthy criminal history that includes a conviction on child abuse charges and allegations of domestic violence from a former romantic partner, according to past reports.

Minister Dominique Alexander, the appointed spokesperson for the alleged teen murderer, has previously been charged with multiple felonies for which he served almost zero prison time, according to local reports.

Back in 2009, Alexander was arrested for shaking and hitting the 2-year-old child of his then-girlfriend with an object, according to Fox 4 Dallas.

He was convicted of the charges in 2011, receiving two years of probation from a Dallas court.

During this probation period, Alexander was indicted on felony forgery charges in Jan. 2013, according to the Dallas Observer.

In 2017, the minister was arrested on felony theft charges of property between $2,500 and $30,000 — garnering a possible sentence of 20 years in prison due to his previous forgery conviction, the Dallas Observer reported.

In the most recent legal infraction, Alexander was indicted in 2019 on felony assault charges in a domestic violence case stemming from his actions against then girlfriend and baby mama Keyaira D. Saunders, according to WFAA.

Saunders accused Alexander of pushing, choking, and head-butting her during several altercations — but the mother of two decided against proceeding with a trial, the local ABC affiliate station reported at the time.

Alexander is the president and CEO of “Next Generation Action Network” which has come to the side of 17-year-old Anthony.

Advice from this Guy?

Strangely, I have never been afflicted with that disorder. [shrug]

Unfortunately the murdered boy’s dad is a cuck. His nearly groveling statement right after it happened was disgusting.

I think Illinois(and maybe another state or 2?) is somewhat similar to Texas on murder vs. manslaughter.

In my opinion, the Texas take on “murder”(roughly, intentionally doing something known to cause death sans a self defense angle) seems to be more inline with what most people think “murder” involves if they never read another state’s take on it.

Sadly, a great many have.

Again: chimps are gonna chimp.

During the trial, a witness testified about the tense relationship between Allison and Ramirez, even stating that Ramirez pulled a gun on Allison following a prom after party.

Ramirez’s ex-girlfriend also stated that the fight was supposed to happen off campus and that Allison admitted to wanting Ramirez “on life support.”

That’s exactly why this case was different a History of Mutual Combat versus a random M’f’er at a track meet means everything

Yes, but Both of them Knew and had an understanding that they were going to use force against each other.

Karmelo pretty much had zero interaction with these guys before the stabbing. I’m almost sure they had never interacted before the fatality.

If Karmelo wants a new trial I hope the Metcalf Family gets a Civil Suit going that guts the Anthony’s
