If there is a hierarchy of just raw, funny as hell, and controversial cartoons, Boondocks beats South Park, and Family Guy by a mile.
This is probably the least PC cartoon ever made.
In case you don’t know, it comes on Adult Swim, and is based on a comic strip.

Just when you think the Simpson’s, Futurama, Family Guy, and all those other cartoons had done it all…along comes the Boondocks. The best part is Samuel L. Jackson’s voice overs.
