TangoDown VFG + Magpul Illumination Short Rail?

I have an MOE handguard on my LE6920 and would like to attach a TangoDown VFG. Will the short rail segment packaged with the Magpul MOE Illumination kit work, or do I need to get a longer/different rail segment for any reason?

You should be ok. I went with the MVG on my 6920 w/MOE handguard.
