Tactical Machining??

Hey guys new to the forum. Anybody heard of Tactical Machining? New company based out of Deland, Florida. Bought a lower at a guns show for $65. Just wondering if anybody has built one yet?
Thanks

I’ll bite…

Word on the street is that a lower is pretty much a lower. They are all pretty much manufactured the same. Stick an LPK in there from a reputable source, and get a good upper and you’re good to go. I’m sure I’ll be corrected if I’m wrong, which is often.

Don’t have experience with any of their lowers (yet), but I just put one of their trigger guards on a lower. Best trigger guard available, IMO. Feels very robust and well made. I’m sure their lowers are good to go. Don’t know who manufactures for them, but as long as it’s in-spec, “a lower is a lower” as was said above. They appear to be a solid company.

Yea I’m happy with it. The trigger guard came out after my lower was complete so it has a magpul on it. Lower parts kit was a Stag I belive don’t really remember.

I know a guy from arfcom who goes to them and purchases a lot, from what he tells me and what i can see, it’s top notch quality. The machining looks great and for that price it just can’t be beat. I’m on board on getting an AR10 lower from them. Just look at there website and look at how much attention to detail they spend on machining. I’ve seen 200 dollar lowers that didn’t come out that nice.
