Anyone have tabs on SOTECH? Ordered a multicam messenger bag on 21 Aug. and no bag? They said it would go to the table on the 3rd or 4th week of Sept. Emailed last week twice for an update and I’m getting no response. Characteristic of a business going out of business! I hope not but I’m concerned to say the least.

Haven’t tried to call, thought email would be most functional for all. Guess I’ll try that next…
When I was in business, I used to be a dealer for them. Unless you direct it to a specific person, you are much better off calling. Make sure that you have your order number handy, too.
Something you need to remember about companies who fulfill a lot of government contracts…needs of the government come first. There may have been orders or production issues that popped up, moving their projected start date on the next run of product X back a couple weeks.
Give them a call.
I’ll be doing some consulting with them soon, so I can tell you that unless things have changed over the past 96 hours, they’re not going out of business.
