I love BFG - You guys have innovative products and I like being kept in the loop about sales, but lately it seems like I get 5+ emails a week from you guys. I’ve been on your mailing list for at least 3 years and I don’t recall ever getting this many emails. They’re all valid emails from BFG with sale offers (good thing), but it’s almost one email a day. I’m not really sure how you can respond to this post, I just wanted to provide some feedback as one of your customers.
I “unsubscribed” this morning for this very reason. I have at least 7 of their great products and will continue to buy from them.
Hey guys, we’ve been trying a lot of different things with our e-mail campaigns and I apologize if we blew up your inbox! You now have the option to set your preferences to better tailor your e-mail interaction with us. Thanks for the feedback; we’re always trying to improve our customer service and this kind of info is very valuable.

I don’t mind it. As long as the sale item is in the subject line, I can either check it out, or discard without reading.
Yeah I don’t think it’s bad at all but having options to limit is always good. Looking forward to what other deals the sale season brings from BFG.
