Tragic story, thankfully the instructor looks like he is going to make it.

My question is why was there no flashlight attached to his firearm? I understand wanting to make a scenario realistic but my thoughts are in training safety always come first.

What do you guys think, should you sacrifice safety for realism?

That sucks for all party’s involved, prayers to the individual shot. Everybody is human and weren’t there, needless to say lets not let this get out of control.
