I found the whole thing about as interesting as, say, CMMG reverse engineering Colt’s spec. Just as we have a bunch of companies claiming to be building rifles at (or “above”) Colt’s spec, we have some company claiming to have HK-spec copies. Of course, I don’t know how they could claim that when HK’s 416 specs are not open source.
