Anyone have experience with Neil Wiggans? Little info out there and I have heard he is a bit of a recluse and not into the internet thing. His name pops up in old USPSA Front Sight editions as a competitor and a 1911 smith from the mid 90s. I was told he built some Africa rifles for Bill Wilson and TGO had a (I think) X1 shotgun from him (Robbie told that).
