Scope Ring Height Questions

Hey Guys,

I am in need of a little assistance. I recently purchased a XS Sight rail for my Ruger Gunsite Scout, and my Scope has a 50 mm objective. What is the correct way to measure out things so that I order the correct scope ring height. Thanks,
