Looking to do a dissipator build. I like the way the ARMS flip up clamp on front site works, and it’ll also save me the hassle of having to send the barrel out to get it drilled for a traditional pinned FSB to be installed.
However, I know that towards the front of the barrel is slightly smaller in diameter than the actual location where the gas block would typically go. So how are those of you who are running clamped on front sites for your dissipator builds solving this issue?
You won’t find many fans of clamp on anything here especially a sight that wasn’t made for the barrel diameter you are trying to clamp it on. BTW… Whats going to hold the hand guard cap?
Sionics told me this week that they have no plans to make the dissy barrels again. The Spikes mock dissy upper from AIM is a heck of a deal if you can stomach the spider on the carrier.
