Having seen a fair number of these, I find myself in agreement with their assessment:
I agree with some of them.
I liked Babylon AD and The Whole Ten Yards. Other than that, I am fine with the list.
I would also like to add anything made by Michael Moore to that list right up at the top.
Wow, I have not seen any of those movies. I guess I need to get out more.
i thought good luck chuck was funny.
I never heard of about 70% of those. Guess that is telling me something ![]()
I doubt you should be having regrets. I haven’t been to any movies except kids movies in years. 80% trash, and the rest worth seeing I can wait to watch at home.
The only movie on that list that I’ve seen is “88 Minutes” and I only saw than on TV a week or so ago. I probably won’t buy the DVD, but it wasn’t that bad. I thought “Shoot 'Em Up” should have made the list though.
Definitely some liquid shit on that list. 2 that seemed conspicuously absent and should have been included.
Panic Room
Hollow Man
I liked 88 Minutes and Battlefield Earth, not that I would run out and buy the DVDs though. My all time disappointment was with DOOM, being a DOOM player when it first came out and playing the new DOOM with the lights out, made me jump in places, the movie was a huge let down they couldn’t even follow the original story which was way better then the story in the movie.
Titanic wasn’t on there. Come on. We all know the ship sinks at the end, how can you call that drama?
Dude, thank you, seriously.
I haven’t seen Titanic, because I don’t have to. What an insane idea for a film.
I mean, WTF, are they gonna sneak a surprise ending in there or something?
I still hold to the fact that Hadji could be working the beans and frank over with electrodes and a hammer, and I wouldn’t say peep, unless threatened with some Clockwork Orange action mixed with Titanic.
Screw that noise. I will go to the grave without watching Titanic, The Notebook, Brokeback Mountain, and Dirty Dancing.
Short of being force-fed any of those in a prison camp, it quite simply just ain’t gonna happen.
Hell, I remember watching a movie called “Raise The Titanic” (made in the late 1970’s, IIRC). Apparently I’m one of about 30 people on the planet that actually saw it ![]()
Not only have I seen the movie, but I read the book. If you haven’t, Clive Cussler is an awesome author, with James Bondish type stories, well worth the read.
I don’t walk out of many movies, but War of The World with Tom Cruise was unbearable. And i never dared to see 10,000 BC but that movie looked horrible
