A new challenger appears!
Rooftop Ukranian!
 ![]()
That second one was scary!
A couple inches lower and things might have gotten a little spicy on the that roof.
Heck yes!
Cutting that pie real close.
Gotta expose as little of yourself as possible, but yeah that was really close.
I prefer the launch angle of the Javelin.
The Javelin is a great weapon, but it is much more expensive than the NLAW, SMAW, and RPG (that videoâd be a eff up with a RPG). The cost difference between mid-grade AT weapons and tanks themselves is a lesson that gets learned over and over.
I know that the javelin flight path requires a much more expensive guided system. The cheaper systems are unguided line of sight or older tech like wire guided.
Guy likely had what 15 minutes of training on how to use it?
Would not want to be on that roof with him if he is that much of a danger to everyone around himâŚ

I wouldnât want to be on that roof with him for very long because âshoot and moveâ comes to mind; staying up there on a rooftop plinking at the Russians is gonna end with your demise if you stay too long in one place.
Shoot, MOVE, Communicate. Never shoot from the same place twice.
Yeah, that âheight over boreâ roof-skim was pretty sketchyâŚ
That being said, donât most modern AT weapons like that have some sort of minimum arming distance? So even if it did bonk the edge of the roof, probably would have just deflected off to god knows where?
Even so, would have been a wasted rocket (is this an NLAW and are NLAWs unguided) and probably scary as hell.

Is the back blast from an ignition of the propulsion system, or is it from a strike on the rooftop and it penetrated through? Iâm talking about the sparks behind the flame.

I expect itâs from the second stage ignition.
