Just want to share how AWESOME RIA is.

I have had a very very loose mag catch in my Armscor Citadel 1911…it was terrible.

E-mailed RIA about it, I guess some of their guns last year shipped with some out of spec mag catches…mine was on of them.

Anyways…not a single kick back or trying to bash me as a user for the issue instead RIA shipped out a brand new mag catch that also raises the mag like the EGW mag catch does free of charge no questions asked

My mags fit amazing now…nice and snug…and kudos for RIA on standing behind their products

Great to hear. They’ve had exceptional customer service for the last 5 or 6 years. That’s some great backing for an economy line of pistols.
