So I just bought a new PMAX for work and I have a question. Is there supposed to be some play with the barrel and the reviever? Maybe I’m just nervous and worried about every little thing going wron with my new shotgun. Thanks for all the help!
No… There should be no play between the receiver and the barrel…

tighten the nut on the end of the magtube by hand only and check it from time to time. it’s quite humorous to see one come off during a shotgun stage or class. dont ask me how I know

+1…By hand only, it’s amazing to see how many 870s I see that have been over torqued.
