Recommend me a shop for AR work in north central CO.

I need some AR work done for a family member in Colorado, north suburbs of Denver.
I have sent them parts to get their Bushmaster a little more up to speed, but unfortunately I won’t be able to visit for a while.

Here is what I need done:

  • Replace fixed telestock POS with a real carbine reciever extension assembly and stake the castle nut.
  • Swap out lower parts: bolt catch, ambi mag release, trigger guard, ambi safety selector, and grip.
  • Insert new BCG and check bolt for headspaceing, insert ambi charging handle.
  • Swap handgaurds with Magpul stuff and mvg grip.

I hate to pay gunsmithing labor rates to do all of this since I know how easy it is to do and could do it myself if I were there.
Can anybody recommend me a shop who would do this work properly for $50 or less?
