I’ve had stamps for 20+ years, but have never SBR’d a rifle and haven’t done anything with the new rules.

  1. Under Length: is it the new length or the old one when SBRing?
  2. Same for Barrel and Overall: New or old lengths?
  3. Last do I have to fill out and send in the CLEO copy if it going into the family trust.
