Hey everyone I just recieved a Raven holster i bought used from a member here. Anyway when i checked it over i didnt see any brand name or anything saying that it is genuine. Should there be any markings or is there any way to tell for sure that it is genuine? thanks
It’ll almost always have the model of the gun and config scratched into the back of the plastic. But post a pic.
I don’t think any of mine have any markings to ID the brand … except the newest ones that have the Raven logo imprinted in the belt clips.
It should have some engraving on the back that indicate gun make and model, as well as a date, and makers mark with “RCS.”
If you can take a picture and post it here, I can confirm for you.
i will get a picture up late tonight but it looks like the older style. So it does not have the belt loops with the engraving. It works nice, but i just want to make sure. I do have another question if it is a genuine raven will the warranty work for the second owner? I dont see anything going wrong just wondering.
We have the best warranty in the industry. It follows the product, not the owner. There is no fine print:
“If you have an issue, we will fix it.”
with that i would like to say that you really do stand by your product and that is awesome. I really hope to buy more of your products but hopefully the wait time will go down. thanks again will get pictures.
Congrats on the purchase. RCS has some of the best CS in the industry, if not the best. I hate fanboys, but I have nothing bad to say about RCS.
