I am somewhat new to Garands and recently collected my clips and loaded them up.

66 loaded clips (528 rounds) fit perfectly in a .50 can and loading 66 clips with surplus M2 ball will make your fingers black. I don’t think I will be putting a .50 can full of M2 in my bug out bag though.

4 bandoliers (6 clips each) fit pretty well in a .30 can (192 rounds) and its easier to carry.

Now I need to get some stripper clips to load up for my 1903.

Bought enough (plus spoons) to fill 2 50cal cans at Wideners back before they sold out and new owners stopped stocking that sort of stuff.
