Does it matter if a person use a 2005 or 2008 version of Willmaker to make a trust? I have finally decided to try the trust route to get an SBR. I figure the worst that can happen is that I get refused the tax stamp. 
If you’re going to use it, use the most current updated version.
The worst that could happen is you get a stamp and then they decide your trust is invalid and you are illegally in possession of an NFA item.
