Quick NFA Form 5330.20 Question

On this form box number 3 asks what is your country of citizenship? I assume that it is filled out correctly below, but then it asks the country name in the next box. I imagine you just put United States again or maybe just leave it blank? Kind of a rhetorical question or remark, but I do not want to delay the process. Sorry this is my first time dealing with nfa paperwork.

Leave the next field blank. It is for any additional countries of citizenship such as if you had dual citizenship. you can put “N/A” if you prefer.

yfz, Am I correct to assume that everything went through OK after leaving the “Country Name” field blank? You have to wonder if they’re trying to be confusing.
