Project Destructo

Sounds like the guy has had them for a long time… sounds like he probably picked them up right after vitnam and has just been sitting on them “just in case…”

should have buried them, poor dumb sonunvabitch.

you know the libs are horribly disappointed that he’s not gonna turn out to be part of some huge McVey-worshipping domestic terrorist conspiracy.

Or paid his bill…idiot.

I want that BAR and an M-79.

it basically would have been well worth it to rob a bank to pay the bill, if money was that tight. he’s looking at going away for the rest of his life either way.

can you imagine being in that position? damned if you do, damned if you dont… what an odd sensation that would be. “if i dont pay this bill, i go to jail for the rest of my life. if i rob a bank, i might (probably) go to jail for the rest of my life.” not that a judge gives a crap, but i’d still have my lawyer use that as evidence in my favor at the sentencing hearing- he COULD have opted to commit a violent crime to try to hide the “crime” that didn’t hurt anyone, but chose not to.

I would love to know if these weapons were acquired prior to the 1968 GCA and whether or not he knew about the amnesty. Not that it matters and all of those weapons are illegal in Washington State anyways. Unless of course they had been legally registered. Still the 40MM ammo and C-4 is a bit of a problem.
