Guys - its like unbelievable, but I got a bunch of back-ordered CCI primers from Powder Valley, and even they have Wolf Primers as well as Wideners!

I’ve grown to like the Wolf SRM primers. They suck when you try to load them in pistol (9mm) ammo cuz they’re too hard, but I like them for the AR.
Ditto on Wolf for SR - I’ve been exclusive to CCI up through last summer, and Wolf was so much cheaper(and a little research proved folks liked it). What I found when I started was that I was crushing a bunch and it turned out(more research with trial and error) that I had to swag the primer pocket more (two turns on my Dillon 1050 swag depth screw)
Also the primer’s are a different color that most everyone elses so it is easy to identify your brass.
First, guns and parts became available again. Then, ammo became available again. Finally, it looks like primers may become available again.
Maybe the election panic is really finally over… Or maybe Widener’s is going to sell out within 36 hours…

too hard? will a glock fire em consistently? 
back when i could get reloading components i was a CCI guy. :o
My bone stock (except for iron sights) G17 gives me about a 2% failure rate with Wolf SRM primers.
Rechambering the round does no good… once that primer is half struck, it’s done in the glock.
I don’t think so, I did pick up 2k CCI BR2s from this shipment at Powder Valley, but they have now they have nothing in stock besides percussion caps. Ammo is virtually impossible to find right now, except at ridiculous prices.
Maybe they’re just like me and they’re too poor to buy more primers right now.
