This in my book does not level up to stopping a terror attack. This is an idiot going on line drawing attention to himself, and the FBI saw a chance to pop off in the PR world.
Adverting a terror attack is you gain actionable intel., and you hit a safe house with a bunch of armed goat rapers inside or you hit them while they are moving to target.
