Got this one sent out recently. Standard Pileated size in blackened and tumbled AEBL steel and black G10.

This pattern is always a handy size and very capable as an edc blade or a game processing blade.

So what does that mean? I am only finding it in reference to a type of woodpecker.

Neat looking knife. Looks similar to a patch knife in terms of size and shape.

I beleive it’s a mix of steels causing a laminate.

Yes Pileated is a wood pecker.

I’m sorry. I got the pattern mixed up. This one is a different pattern name. I lose track of the names.this one is a Peregrine! A more pointy shape. Just a name is all.
