Oreo Cookies Vs Statins For lowering LDL?

Seen that claim going around yet? The paper being cited by many an influencer type with confirmation bias to “prove” their position on (fill in the blank here) is getting a lot of attention. I break it down for viewers in this vid and hopefully clear up any confusion as to who the results of the study apply to and who it does not. Paper covered:

influencer type with confirmation bias
That tells me everything I need to know.

True, but it’s actually still and interesting finding if kept in context.

That is pretty interesting…

But as somebody who isn’t a “Lean Mass Hyper-Responder on a Ketogenic Diet”, I think Nabisco should just start putting statins into Oreos so we can all benefit.

A couple of Crestor Cream Double Stuf’s and a glass of milk would go down pretty smooth.

Google how Oreos are manufactured …..disgusting sludge, like all processed garbage from wonder bread to ice creams. Your eating habits will change

Yeah. I can’t believe crap like oreos is allowed to be produced. I’m on a sort of Carnivore kick of late. I’m cutting out all the crap that has chemicals in the ingredients.

A lot of cottage cheese, meat and eggs lately. I don’t have a good fish source.
