It appears the(very self aggrandized) Witt Canooter Valve gets a much larger decibel reduction at roughly the same size and at a slightly lower price.
Another moderator alleging improvements such as disassembly.
And the Canooter, which does knock a lot of the edge off the sound. Flash suppression is not impressive.

I bought one from Liemohn and put it on my Bushmaster to complete a modern CAR-15 look. Itâs well made. I couldnât tell a difference in the loudness between it and a regular A2 flash hider. Itâs nice not having to pay $200 for such a âsuppressorâ.
Does it reduce the flash any?
I shot it yesterday afternoon while it was sunny, so I couldnât see flash with it or the A2 flash hider.
Iâll be curious how that works in dimmer conditions.
Really wish Witt would offer a front cap with a 1/2-28 extension to screw a better flash hider on to since their crenulated cap doesnât do much.
Correction, upon learning what i was really seeing the flash hider cap does appear to work.
