Is this still a go for the mags?
We showed our prototype enhanced follower at SHOT2009. No release date yet
The enhanced follower is shorter than our current follower to make it easier to load a magazine with 30 rounds when the bolt is closed. The enhanced follower also has an extended rear leg that can reduce forward tipping.
With that being said the L5’s run fine with the current follower and constant curve internal geometry. The non-tilt follower is an improvement for the aluminum magazine’s compound internal geometry, but is not necessary for the L5’s internal geometry.
