Inland Mfg. announced a hybrid/modernized Maxim 1910 for their M1 Carbines and 9mm/.357 bore handguns that looks cool.

Seems like someone was supposed to make Maxim style eccentric cans in .22 rimfire and .45ACP 15-20 years ago that got announced. But disappeared that was marketed with a new manufacture Woodsman copy for the .22 and a copy of one of the last developmental steps leading to the M1911 for the .45 ACP.
Kinda thinking USFA was supposed to do the pistols(the Zip 22 project would more than explain the derailing something cool)and maybe Yankee Hill spearheading the cans that were going to be marketed with the pistols.
