I thought I would mention that in the title, knowing how strange it is for a target, a USED target, made WITH the rifle being mentioned, to be included with the intro of a new AR to the world.
This is my first build (2nd rifle. First is an RRA NMA2)
I suspect my group size was affected by my primers. I had three dimple but fail to fire and two others were delayed fire. These primers had been under fresh water for about a day (heavy, heavy rainstorm)
The group is a 36yd zero being fired at 100yd. I set the zero at the side range at Trailglades. There I fired AE223 and XM193 with no issues.
I put the range stool (heavy metal frame, probably 15lb stool) and covered it with a towel. That was my rifle support.

RANGE UPDATE
10 rounds in each target out of the same batch of reloads, same day.
Range Update #3. On average the close clusters are 1.22moa. Seems a bit odd that 3/10 are out there in each group.
Based on what I read (configuration, etc…) you should certainly be able to shoot better groups than that. No sure what the issue is, but I would go seek out some ammo that you need is good and reshoot.
The closest thing you’ll be able to get is the Blue Force Gear Combat Applications sling.
I pulled the silver thing from a camera strap I had gotten before. The rest is your basic HK spring hook, triglides, and a QR loop (the rail has built in QR receptacles)
A closer shot from when it still used two HK hooks:
